How is feedback recieved?

We use a collaborative process—design first, animation second. Feedback is streamlined through a dedicated Dropbox Replay folder, with timestamped edits available. With no cap on revisions, our upfront attention to detail ensures a refined final product without compromising quality.

How can we access the projects?

Your team will have continuous access to our output destination directly, to access your latest files at any time. Share access with anyone you need. Server access will remain open until 2 weeks after Project Completion Date.

What does your creative process look like?

Backcourt's process is built around collaboration and transparency. We start by understanding your goals, audience, and creative direction. From there, the project is broken down into clear phases—concept, design, refinement, and delivery. At every key milestone, you’ll receive progress updates, walkthroughs, and the opportunity to give feedback. Your voice is essential in shaping the final product, and Backcourt ensures you're supported and informed throughout.

What about delivery and support?

You’ll receive all final assets in the agreed-upon formats—optimized for broadcast, web, or social, depending on the project. Source files and templates are included and are yours to USE FOREVER.
